2. Is it safe to make a payment?
Yes, we ensure secure transactions through trusted payment systems. You pay a 50% deposit upon ordering the service, with the remaining 50% due after we confirm your embassy appointment. Contact our team for further details.
3. How can I track my visa application or appointment status?
We notify you the same day your appointment is booked. For updates or questions, message us via WhatsApp or email, and we’ll respond within hours.
4. What is your refund policy?
The first 50% deposit, paid upon ordering, is fully refundable minus any non-refunded costs (e.g., hotel, ticket, or insurance fees) if you cancel for personal reasons. The second 50% deposit, paid after appointment confirmation, is refundable minus non-refunded embassy visa fees. Contact our managers for specific amounts.
5. Why do you need account details for a U.S. visa appointment?
The U.S. visa process requires clients to pay a 680 AED fee and complete the DS-160 form first. We use your account details to securely book your appointment slot once these steps are completed, as mandated by the U.S. visa service.
