We book an appointment within the date window you submit. The window must span at least 30 days. These are the dates you can attend the interview.

If your selected interview date range ends without a matching booking, the Slotbys service fee is refundable. The fee does not include government or visa centre charges.

Slotbys is an independent service, not a US government agency. Booking an appointment does not guarantee visa approval. The consulate makes that decision.

Will you book for me or send alerts?
This website collects your request and payment. A Slotbys specialist handles the booking separately using your existing visa portal account. Paying does not automatically book an appointment. This service is separate from our Schengen appointment alerts.
Why do you need my account details?
We need access to the account used to schedule your appointment. Enter your portal email, password and the three security questions and answers already saved in that account. Never provide your email inbox password.
What should I prepare?
Create your official visa portal account and complete the prerequisites required by your selected country and visa category. Check official instructions for application forms, fee payment and applicant profiles before requesting a booking.
Can I include my family?
Yes. Select the total number of applicants, including yourself. The service costs $150 per applicant. Include the relevant applicants in the portal account before submitting.
Which countries can I choose?
The selector uses locations linked to USTravelDocs country pages in its official directory. Some territories use another country’s portal. Check the linked official instructions for your chosen location.
When does the refund apply?
If your selected interview date range ends without a matching booking, we refund the service fee. The dates you select are the dates you can attend your interview.

Set up your visa portal account.
Choose your application country on USTravelDocs and follow its official scheduling link. Create a profile, or use your existing one. Check your passport details and add everyone included in the request.
Use an email you can access. Keep your portal password and saved security answers ready. Never share your email inbox password.

Submit each applicant’s DS-160.
Complete and submit a separate DS-160 for every applicant, including children. Save the confirmation page with its barcode and enter the correct confirmation number in the appointment profile where required.
A saved draft is not a submitted application. DS-160 submission alone does not schedule an interview.

Pay the visa application fee.
Follow your country’s official payment instructions for the required visa application fee (MRV). Keep the receipt and wait until the payment is recognised and your profile is ready for scheduling.
Payment methods, activation times and exemptions vary. This fee is separate from Slotbys $150 per applicant and is not covered by our service-fee refund.

We’ll send the booking confirmation to the email linked to your US visa portal account. Check your inbox and spam folder, review the date and location, and save the appointment letter for your visit.
Country and visa-category instructions take priority. Some applications require additional documents, fees or a separate biometrics appointment. Official guidance checked 30 October 2026.
